Educational Required:

Bachelor Degree in Computer science or relevant filed

Experience Required: 

From 6 to 8 experiences in a relevant filed.

Duties:-

• Install, support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, aggregators, switches, wifi controllers, and firewalls. 

• Perform network security design and integration;

• Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints; 

• Internal and external training, independent research and study, and other avenues available. 

• Perform other tasks as requested by the Director of IT

o Hardware and Software

The position is responsible for operating and maintaining all company hardware servers, network equipment, computers, in addition to printers, multi-function machines …etc.

o Company Data and information

The position is responsible in safe-keeping and maintaining highly secured and readily available databases, systems and files critical to business continuity.

• Enforce corporate and local IT policies and procedures.

• Evaluation of equipment and software

• Resolution of end-user support issues
