experinces 6-8 years in accounting male or female
Reconciliation of cash sale and store transactions.
• Daily cash and POS reconciliations & intercompany reconciliation.
• Checking desperencies on cash or credit card sales and cash collected in the Bank & investigating if any.
• Preparing bills receivables, invoices and bank deposits.
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions,
customer services departments and from customers.
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit cards transactions.
• Handling the treasury functions of the company.
• Recording the Bank transactions in the Oracle Systems.
• Liaising with banks with day to day treasury functions and facilities.
• Maintaining the documents in order to obtain long term loans facility LTR & DRAW DOWN from the Bank.
• Reporting and managing the daily fund positions trackers and manage petty cash fund.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliations on daily basis and consolidate summary on month end of all the bank account of the
group and reporting.
• Preparing cheque for petty cash and other payments.
• Managing Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP) and monthly ageing analysis.
• Assemble, review and verify invoices and cheque requests.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Produce accounts payable monthly reports.
• Update payroll for salary increases, allowances and deductions
must be inside the UAE
