We are looking for a Fragrance Consultant to offer personalized services to our customers for a French Luxury Fragrance brand.
The Fragrance Consultant's responsibilities include suggesting products that meet client's needs and informing customers about product details, like the ingredients, olfactive pyramid and price. To be successful in this role, you must be customer-service oriented and are familiar with a wide range of fragrances.
Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales targets while promoting our products to clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon their arrival
- Introduce and explain the collections and ranges
- Cross-sell products, when appropriate
- Identify customer needs and recommend products based on their preferences and tastes
- Help clients find products they’re looking for in our store
- Ensure proper presentation and merchandising of products on shelves
- Replenish stock as needed
- Report sales to management
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role
- Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus
- Extensive knowledge in fragrances
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- Arabic speaker is a plus
- High school diploma is a plus
Earn Fix salary plus unlimited commission
