Factory Manager - AED8,000 - AED15,000 a month

 

1. Senior Man or Woman;

2. Higher university education such as Food Engineering School or equivalent;

3. Significant experience in the Agri-food industrial management / a minimum of 10 professional experience, ideally in the technical or agro-food production functions;

4. Experience in Plant, Production or Technical Management within continuous process industries in the food industry;

5. Ability to manage an industrial project;

6. Ability to decide and arbitrate with regard to strategic issues;

7. Ability to unite, stimulate and lead teams in the project, in order to achieve results;

8. Ability to manage the site as a profit center;

9. Knowledge of safety and quality environments, and mastery of continuous improvement methodologies;

10. Ability to have a global vision and to take a step back to make strategic decisions; (commerce, HR ...)

11. Able to interact constructively with the various interlocutors, internal and external (Production Department, Technical Department, Q-HSE Laboratory Department, but also Trade, Quality, Safety, Finance, Production, Customers, marketing ...)

1. Height of view and strategic sense to guide the industrial strategy of the company;

2. Authority, voluntarism and strength of conviction to make teams adhere to objectives and move them forward with a common goal;

3. Sense of listening and openness to dialogue with various interlocutors (functional and operational);

4. Analytical and synthesis skills to get to the point quickly in the context of complex decisions (investment choice, opening or closing of sites, subcontracting, etc.);

5. Ability to manage several substantive files simultaneously; for example, reflection on

6. the organization of a production line, on the creation of a new product, on a new source of supply of raw materials ...;

Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
