Sales Specialist - Freight Forwarding - AED7,000 a month

Candidate Profile

Candidates with substantial experience in the freight forwarding industry within UAE. 05-06 years (minimum) of Business Development experience to include but not limited to good knowledge of, Clearing and Forwarding operations. Technical knowhow and knowledge of DG shipment documentation such as preparation of Declaration form, DG labelling,

Airway Bill etc . Should be well versed in planning the freight clearing and forwarding requirements for cargoes, Must be well spoken in English (oral and written communication) go getter, result

oriented, aggressive salesman, people manager with ability to collaborate with team.

UAE Driving License MUST

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Account Management of existing customers, Retention of existing customers by working in tandem with Operations Manager. New Business Identification and on boarding new customers.

Promote and grow - Air, Sea and Land freight services (both imports and exports).

Reporting weekly activities and monthly achievements to Management. Achieving an agreeable Individual target and be key contributor to achieve branch target each year. Developing new business

ideas/ strategies. Must be willing to travel within and outside UAE, Capability to work with different cultures and an extra language would be beneficial. Prepare BID’s / Contracts and represent the

company in various tender opening and price negotiation meetings of existing and future customers.

Remuneration:

Aed.7000 + Good sales Incentives + Fuel and vehicle maintenance allowance+ all

expat benefits for Single status employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED7,000.00 per month
